This Privacy Policy explains how Rebirth Wellness & Aesthetics (“Rebirth,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and safeguards information you provide through rebirthjc.com (the “Site”). It applies to the Site only. Information collected in the course of providing medical or aesthetic care at our Johnson City, Tennessee location is governed separately by our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, which is provided to patients at the practice.

• Legal compliance. Where required by law, subpoena, or other valid legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Rebirth, our patients, or others.

Data Retention

We keep Site inquiry information for as long as needed to respond to your request and to meet our business and legal obligations, after which it is deleted or de-identified. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your Choices

• Email. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any message, or by contacting us directly.
• Access, correction, and deletion. You may ask us what Site information we hold about you, request corrections, or request deletion, subject to any records we are legally required to retain.
