Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We value your time and ours! Because appointments are reserved specifically for you, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a $25 cancellation fee.

Deposits

Certain procedures may require a deposit at the time of booking. Deposits are applied toward your scheduled service and are non-refundable when an appointment is cancelled.

We understand that unexpected circumstances happen. We will always do our best to be understanding and use discretion when circumstances arise that are out of your control. Thank you for respecting our time, our providers, and other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. We appreciate you choosing Rebirth Wellness & Aesthetics.

Medications, Injections & Packages

• Any medications or injections removed from the Provider’s office are not returnable or refundable.
• Patient agrees to release Clinic of liability if removing any injection products to be administered by the Patient.
• All packages must be used within one (1) year of Patient’s last visit or they expire and are null and void.

Refund Policy

At Rebirth Wellness & Aesthetics, our goal is to provide every client with a safe, personalized, and exceptional experience. Because our services are customized and time is reserved specifically for each client, we have the following refund policy:

Completed Services

All completed aesthetics and wellness services are non-refundable. Results vary from person to person, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. If you have concerns about your treatments or results, please contact us so we can evaluate your concerns and determine the appropriate next steps.

Retail Products

Unopened, unused retail products may be eligible for exchange or store credit only. Due to health and safety regulations, opened or used skincare and other personal-use products cannot be returned.

Your Satisfaction

Your satisfaction and safety are important to us. If you are unhappy with a service or have a concern following treatment, please contact us promptly. We will review your concerns and when appropriate, offer a follow up evaluation or other resolution at the provider’s discretion. Rebirth Wellness & Aesthetics reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy when circumstances warrant. Refunds, credits, exchanges, or complimentary corrective treatments are not guaranteed and are determined on a case-by-case basis.
